摘要: 家用空调风扇用无刷直流电机受外界干扰产生瞬态高压脉冲而损伤电机内置芯片的问题备受行业关注。 通过对故障品的分析,手动摇晃插头模拟瞬间断电进行故障复现,证明市场浪涌电压对电机芯片产生不良的影响。 提高无刷直流电机抗浪涌过压能力,确保空调长期正常运行十分重要。 在 Vm 高压回路上设计一种瞬态脉冲抑制电路,通过芯片浪涌激发评价模型进行对比验证,发现脉冲抑制电路对浪涌电压有较好的抑制作用。 设计一种刚性凸点端子结构,并通过带电运行的振动实验,验证端子插接过程的可靠性,降低了瞬间断电引入浪涌的概率。 为空调风扇用无刷直流电机芯片抗浪涌提出改善方向。

Abstract: Transient high-voltage pulse damage to the inner chip of the brushless DC motor for household air conditioning fans caused by external interference has attract considerable attention. Through the analysis of failed products and the simulation of transient disconnection by manually shaking the plug of power line, it had been proven that the market surge voltage had a negative impact on the motor chip. Highten overvoltage ability of the brushless DC motor was crucial to
ensure the long-term normal operation of air conditioning system. A transient pulse suppression circuit was designed on the Vm high-voltage line, and it was compared and verified through the chip surge excitation evaluation model. It was found that the pulse suppression circuit had a good suppression effect on surge voltage. A rigid terminal structure was proposed, and verified the reliability of the terminal connnection through vibration tests with motor running, which reduced the probability of transient surges. The improvement directions were proposed for the surge resistance of brushless DC motor chips for air conditioning fans.
