摘要: 根据相关指标进行泵用高速永磁同步电机设计,包括电机电磁优化设计、考虑电动泵运行特性的结构设计、强度校核、动力学仿真。 试制样机并进行试验验证,结果表明,电机性能满足指标要求,电机最高效率为 94. 2%。

Abstract: A high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric pumps was designed based on relevant indicators, including motor electromagnetic optimization design, structural design considering the operating characteristics of electric pumps, strength verification, and dynamic simulation. Prototype production and experimental verification were conducted, and the results showed that the motor performance met the requirements, with a maximum efficiency of 94. 2%.
