Design of Servo Valve Controller for Limited Angle Torque Motor Baseed on FPGA

摘要: 介绍了有限转角力矩电机在伺服阀中的应用,给出了有限转角力矩电机控制器的总体设计方案,提出基于 FPGA 的位置环、速度环、电流环三闭环的控制策略,论述了数字 PID 控制算法和控制器的软硬件设计,采用MATLAB 对控制策略进行仿真分析,并利用样机进行试验验证。 结果表明,控制器性能与仿真分析结果一致,具有响应速度快、无超调等优点,达到了设计目标,满足任务需求。

Abstract: The introduces the application of a limited angle torque motor in a servo value and presents a comprehensive design strategy for the controller of the limited angle torque motor. The proposal encompasses a closed-loop control strategy based on FPGA,which includes the implementation of three closed loops for position,velocity,and current control. Furthermore,it delves into the digital PID control algorithm and details the software and hardware design of the controller. The control strategy was subjected to simulation analysis through the utilization of MATLAB, and experimental validation was conducted using a prototype. The results indicate that the controller ' s performance aligns with the simulation analysis results,demonstrating advantages such as fast response and no overshoot. It meets the design objectives and fulfills the task requirements.
