摘要: 以伺服传动系统中遇到的角度跳变电磁干扰问题为研究对象,探究电路和元器件、滤波、屏蔽、布线、接地等多种因素的影响,确定了 AC / DC 电源模块输出的+ 24V 直流电源高频噪声是影响编码器差分信号的主要电磁干扰源,通过采取相应的滤波措施,在小范围改变现有设计的情况下,验证了该伺服传动系统所采取的抑制措施的有效性,可为类似情况下的电磁兼容问题提供借鉴。

Abstract: Taking the problem of angle jump electromagnetic interference encountered in servo drive system as the research object, the influence of circuit and components, filtering, shielding, wiring, grounding and other factors was explored. It was determined that the high-frequency noise of the + 24V DC power supply output by the AC / DC power module was the main electromagnetic interference source that affected the differential signal of the encoder. By taking corresponding filtering measures, in the case of changing the existing design in a small range, the effectiveness of the
suppression measures adopted by the servo drive system was verified, which can provide reference for electromagnetic compatibility problems in similar cases.
