Research on Multi-Objective Optimization of Double-Sided Magnetic Gathering Slot PMLM

摘要: 聚磁式槽口型永磁直线电机是一种将永磁体置于初级侧槽口的一种新型直线电机,适合于低速大推力的应用场景。 在运行过程中,该电机不可避免地产生较大的推力和法向力波动。 提出一种新型双边结构,分析该电机的工作原理和影响电磁力波动的因素,结合有限元法与解析法,依次分析了电机叠厚、次级高度、永磁体厚度、初级齿宽、次级槽宽对电机推力大小、推力和法向力波动的影响。 基于响应面法,以减少推力和法向力波动、保证大推力为优化目标,得到电机优化参数,将优化前后电机特性进行对比分析。

Abstract: The magnetic gathering slot PMLM is a new type of linear motor with permanent magnet placed in the primary side slot, which is suitable for low speed and high thrust application. In the process of operation, the motor will inevitably produce large electromagnetic force fluctuations. A new bilateral structure was proposed. The working principle of the motor and the factors affecting the electromagnetic force fluctuations were analyzed, and the finite element method and analytical method were combined. The effects of silicon steel sheet thickness, secondary height, permanent magnet thickness, primary tooth width and secondary slot width on motor thrust magnitude, thrust and normal force fluctuation were
analyzed successively. Based on response surface method, the final motor optimization parameters were obtained to reduce thrust and normal force fluctuation and ensure large thrust as optimization objectives, and the motor characteristics before and after optimization were compared and analyzed.
