摘要： 批量 CRH5 动车组辅助变流器冷却风机有噪声,电机拆解后发现传动端端盖轴承室存在明显磨损。 通过更换耐低温轴承和铸铝合金端盖镶钢套工艺方法解决了噪声问题,对处理同类故障有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract: The cooling fan of auxiliary converter of batch CRH5 multiple unit made abnormal noise, and the bearing chamber of the end cover at the drive end was found to be worn obviously after the motor was disassembled. The replacement of low-temperature resistant bearings and the use of cast aluminum alloy end caps with steel sleeves can provide some reference for handling similar faults.
