摘要: 以表贴式外转子永磁同步电机为例,通过仿真计算、理论分析两种方式对永磁同步电机的振动和噪声进行了深度的剖析,并给出了影响电机电磁振动和噪声的电磁力密度波时间阶次和空间阶数以及具体的磁密谐波次数,为精准优化电机的电磁振动和噪声提供了明确的方向。 通过永磁体磁畴聚向排列结构在不改变产品任何尺寸、结构的情况下实现了对表贴式外转子永磁同步电动机的振动和噪声优化,还实现了电机材料成本的降低。

Abstract: The surface mounted external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor was taken as an example to conduct a deep analysis of the vibration and noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor through simulation calculation and theoretical analysis. The time and spatial orders of the electromagnetic force density that affected the electromagnetic vibration and noise of the motor, as well as the specific number of magnetic density harmonics were given, providing a clear direction for accurate optimization of the electromagnetic vibration and noise of the motor. The vibration and noise of the surface mounted external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor were optimized by using the permanent magnet domain convergence arrangement structure without changing any size or structure of the product. The cost of motor materials was
also reduced.
