摘要: H 桥驱动被广泛应用于直流电机控制,通过控制 H 桥各功率器件的导通状态,可以对直流电机进行转向及调速控制。 空心杯电机具有特殊的结构及电磁设计,多应用于快速响应系统中。 通过介绍和分析 H 桥各种控制方式,结合空心杯电机特殊的电气性能,并通过实验对比,确定 PWM 单极互补方式是一种优选的空心杯电机控制策略。

Abstract: H-bridge drive is widely used in DC motor control. By controlling the conduction state of each power component of the H-bridge, the DC motor can be turned and speed controlled. Hollow cup motors have special structure and electromagnetic design, and are widely used in fast response systems. The various control methods of H-bridge were analyzed, combined with the special electrical performance of hollow cup motors. Through experimental comparison determined that the unilateral PWM debugging method was a preferred control strategy for hollow cup motors.
