摘要: 为实现电机壳体高效稳定加工,根据电机壳体图纸加工技术要求,分析加工零件材料特性,确认零件重点加工尺寸,计算相关尺寸链。 编制相应加工工艺路线,针对工序要求,设计相应配套加工夹具,校核夹具定位精度算。 通过结合生产现场现有设备,采用数控车床和加工中心,实现了加工效率的有效提升,品质得到有效控制。

Abstract: In order to realize efficient and stable machining of motor shell, according to the technical requirements of motor shell drawings, material characteristics of machined parts were analyzed, key machining sizes of parts were confirmed, and relevant size chains were calculated. The corresponding processing process route was prepared. According to the process requirements, the coresponding processing fixture was designed and the positioning accuracy of the fixture was checked. By combining the existing equipment on the production site, using CNC lathes and machining centers, the machining efficiency is effectively improved and the quality is effectively controlled.
