摘要: 提出一种永磁同步电机基于 α,β 轴电流误差的自适应逆变器非线性补偿方法,在电压前馈补偿的基础上,利用逆变器非线性参数不确定性导致的电流畸变,将 α 轴和 β 轴的电流误差作为 PI 自适应控制的输入,其输出作为修正量叠加到电压前馈补偿的 α,β 轴的指令电压中,实时修正由于逆变器非线性参数不确定性导致的补偿误差。 该方法有效地改善了电机三相电流的畸变, 增强了电机控制的稳定性。 仿真和实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: A permanent magnet synchronous motor adaptive inverter nonlinear compensation method based on αβ-axis current error was proposed. On the basis of voltage feedforward compensation, the current distortion caused by the uncertainty of inverter nonlinear parameters was utilized, and the current errors of α-axis and β-axis were used as inputs of PI adaptive control, and their outputs were superimposed as corrections into the command voltage of αβ-axis of the voltage feedforward compensation, so that the compensation errors due to the nonlinear parameter uncertainty of inverter could be corrected in real time. The method effectively improved the distortion of three-phase current of the motor and enhanced the stability of motor control. Simulation and experimental results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
