摘要: 合理的冷却结构设计成为直驱永磁发电机开发过程中的重要问题。 通过研究提出了一种全新的三通风冷却结构,该结构带有径向通风道,并以直驱 6 MW 永磁风力发电机为工程案例开展了仿真和分析。 完成了样机的型式试验,通过与设计结果的对比分析可以看出,设计值与实测值吻合较好,各项性能指标达到了设计预期,验证了发电机总体设计方案的可行性和其能够满足机组工程化需求。 该样机开发为后续更大功率的直驱永磁发电机的开发提供了重要的参考依据。

Abstract: The reasonable cooling structure design has become an important issue in the development process of direct drive permanent magnet generators. A new three ventilation cooling structure with radial ventilation channels was proposed through research, simulation and analysis. It was conducted using a direct drive 6 MW permanent magnet wind turbine as an engineering case. The type test of the prototype had been completed, and through comparative analysis with the design results, it could be seen that the design values were in good agreement with the measured values. All performance indicators had met the design expectations, verifying the feasibility of the overall design scheme of the generator and its ability to meet the engineering requirements of the unit. The development of the prototype provides an important reference for the development of high-power direct drive permanent magnet generators in the future.
