摘要:

针对永磁同步电机在运行过程中定子电阻发生变化的情况,提出了一种基于直接转矩控制的永磁同步电机电阻辨识方法。利用电磁转矩与电流之间的关系,通过叠加参考电磁转矩来激发定子绕组中的直流偏置电流,使得直流信号能够注入到永磁同步电机定子绕组中,最后利用电压和电流的直流分量计算定子电阻。该方法不会干扰永磁同步电机的正常运行,也不涉及硬件上的改变。搭建了仿真模型,仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:

For the variation of the stator resistance in permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) during the operation. A resistance identification method was presented for the PMSM based on direct torque control (DTC). According to the relationship between the electromagnetic torque and the current, the DC bias current in the stator winding could be excited by superimposing the reference electromagnetic torque. The DC signal could be injected into the stator windings of the PMSM. The DC components of the voltage and current were applied to calculate the stator resistance. The method did not interfere with the normal operation of the PMSM and did not involve changes in the hardware. The simulation model was built and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
