摘要: 通过理论解析计算得出高速无刷直流电动机转子磁钢与护套间的临界过盈量,基于ANSYS-Workbench有限元仿真平台,分别对高速无刷直流电动机转子磁钢与护套间选取不同的过盈量进行了有限元分析,得到了过盈量的合理取值范围,确保了高速转子的可靠运行。

Abstract: Through the theoretical calculation, the critical interference between the rotor magnetic steel and the sheath of the high speed brushless DC motor rotor was obtained. Based on the finite element simulation platform of ANSYS-Workbench, the finite element analysis for the different interferences between the rotor magnetic steel and the sheath was carried out, and the reasonable value range of the interference between the rotor magnetic steel and the sheath was obtained, ensuring the reliable operation of the high speed rotor.
