基于导管泵电机振动噪声的优化设计

摘要: 经皮导管泵是一种新型急性左心室辅助装置,具有体积小、植入方便和耐热性高等优点。针对其特殊的工作环境,提出了一台外径6 mm的柔性印刷电路板(FPCB)绕组经皮导管泵直流电机的设计方案,推导受绕组参数影响的径向电磁力解析表达式,分析影响电机振动的主要时空阶次并进行电机振动噪声的优化设计。研究绕组结构对导管泵电机电磁噪声的影响机制,分析绕组层数和匝数与削弱电机振动噪声之间的关系。提出平稳转矩参数k,分析不同气隙长度对转矩脉动和平均转矩的影响,结合有限元分析对比优化前后电机的径向电磁力和电磁振动噪声大小。结果表明,在保证电机驱动性能的前提下,采用改变绕组结构与气隙长度的方法,可有效削弱电机振动噪声。

Abstract: Percutaneous catheter pump is a new type of acute left ventricular assist device, which has the advantages of small size, convenient implantation and high heat resistance. In view of its special working environment, a design scheme of a DC motor withflexible printed circuit board (FPCB) windings with an outer diameter of 6 mm was proposed. The analytical expression of the radial electromagnetic force affected by the winding parameters was derived. The main temporal and spatial order affecting the motor vibration was analyzed and the vibration noise of the motorwas optimized. The influence mechanism of the winding structure on the electromagnetic noise of ducted pump motor was studied, and the relationship between the number of winding layers and turns and the reduction of motor vibration noise was analyzed. A stable torque parameter k was proposed to analyze the influence of different air gap lengths on torque ripple and average torque. The results show that the vibration noise of the motor can be effectively reduced by changing the winding structure and the air gap length on the premise of ensuring the driving performance of the motor.
