摘要: 由PWM控制驱动并广泛用于家用空调风扇的无刷直流电动机存在一个巨大的风险,共模电压在电动机内部寄生电容作用下耦合成的轴电压击穿油脂导致滚珠和沟道产生轴电蚀损伤。基于轴电蚀产生机理,构建电动机内部寄生电容组合,并搭建了共模等效电路。提出一种在转子铁心中间新增绝缘层的绝缘转子,增加自身电容,并结合仿真指导降低轴电压。提出放电率概念,结合轴电流、放电率完善和丰富了轴电蚀评价体系。

Abstract: BLDC motor driven by PWM inverter widely used to drive air conditioner fan has a large issue, the shaft voltage coupled by the commom-mode voltage under the action of the stray capacitance of the motor brake down the grease, resulting in the bearing erosion with bearing ball and groove damaged.Based on the mechanism of bearing erosion,the structure was built with different kinds of stray capacitance in motor and equivalent circuit model for common mode.An insulated rotor using an insulating layer added in the middle of rotor core was proposed to increase its own capacitance, and the shaft voltage was reduced under the guidance of simulation.The concept of discharge rate was put forward, and bearing current and discharge rate were combined to improve and enrich the bearing erosion risk evaluation system.
