摘要: 基于介电迟豫原理的静电电机一般采用非良导体制作转子材料,非良导体内部电子迁移困难,一定程度上限制了该类型电机的性能。在传统的介电弛豫原理静电电机的转子上增加一层导体层,构造类似高电压针板放电结构来制作简易实验电机模型,研究了该结构下转子转动的原理和制约转速的因素,并测量其转速,与传统的基于介电弛豫原理的静电电机进行了对比,验证了该设计在提高静电电机转速方面的优异性。

Abstract: The electrostatic motor based on the dielectric delay principle generally uses the bad conductor to make the rotor material. the internal electron migration of the bad conductor is difficult, which limits the performance of the type of motor to a certain extent.A conductor layer was added to the rotor of the traditional dielectric relaxation principle electrostatic motor, and a simple experimental motor modelwas made by constructing a structure similar to the high-voltage needle plate discharge structure. The principle of rotor rotation under the structure and the factors restricting the speed were studied. Compared with the traditional electrostatic motor based on the dielectric relaxation principle through measuring their speed, the new design verifies the excellence of the design in improving the speed of the electrostatic motor.
