摘要: 提出了一种基于埃尔米特三次样条曲线的电子凸轮设计方案,保证位置曲线、速度曲线与加速度曲线连续。 契合伺服驱动控制器传统三环控制结构,提高伺服电子凸轮运动控制精度与性能,可以在多种工况代替机械凸轮应用。

Abstract: A design scheme of electronic CAM based on Hermite cubic spline curve was introduced. The design scheme fit the traditional three-loop control structure of servo drive controller by ensuring position curve, velocity curve and acceleration curve continuous. It improved the servo electronic cam motion control precision and performance. The design scheme can also be used in a variety of applications instead of mechanical cam.
